Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd just revealed on Instagram that she is engaged to her new boyfriend – Fox News correspondent Rick Leventhal – but she didn’t make a big announcement. Instead, she responded to a fan’s comment by saying that she has plans to marry next year, but her co-stars Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge don’t believe it.
When a fan commented on a vacation pic of Dodd and Leventhal that they liked her new boyfriend because he is “normal and works for Fox,’ which is a “10/10 perfect score,” Dodd shockingly replied, “that’s weird because we are getting married 10/10/2020.”

The surprising comment came less than a month after Dodd revealed she had broken up with Dr. Brian Reagan and was dating Leventhal. It also happened just in time for Andy Cohen to find about it before going on air for Watch What Happens Live with guest Vicki Gunvalson. To make it even better, Tamra Judge was in the audience.
When Cohen mentioned the news to Gunvalson she called it “ridiculous” and then said she was “literally in shock. There was no way Judge was going to stay quiet, as she shouted from the audience, “They just met!” and “She probably was drunk.”
When Cohen asked if the engagement was real, Judge said no. Gunvalson then said that she thinks Dodd wants to be married because fans saw her this season asking Dr. Brian about rings.

“She should read Brandi [Glanville]’s book, ‘Drinking, Tweeting and Drinking,'” quipped Judge, in reference to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum who Judge is currently battling on social media. The actual title of Glanville’s book is “Drinking and Tweeting: And Other Brandi Blunders.”
“Oh my god, you’re in a twitter war with Brandi, but you’re also plugging her book. I like it,” said Cohen.
All of this news comes as the current season of Real Housewives of Orange County is featuring Dodd’s relationship with her plastic surgeon ex-boyfriend.
Kelly Dodd has not commented further about her supposed wedding date.
