Kim Kardashian and her sister Kourtney brought their children to Armenia where they were baptized. While Kim shared photos of the service on her official Instagram page, Kourtney has been silent on the issue. Kim explained that she was baptized along with her children and though Kourtney could be seen wearing a traditional headscarf and her children were dressed in white, it remains unclear whether they were baptized as well.
Kanye West did not join his wife and children for the Orthodox Christian ceremony that saw Kim wearing a long sleeve, dark gray dress and a head covering. The headscarves were traditional garments for grown women and both Kim and Kourtney abided by the customs of the land.
Sharing photos with her 149 million followers, Kim uploaded pictures of herself, North West, Saint and Chicago. Baby Psalm couldn’t be seen in the photo where they stood in the church awaiting their baptisms. Kim shared the following message on Instagram regarding the family’s baptism.
“Thank you Armenia for such a memorable trip. So blessed to have been baptized along with my babies at Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, Armenia’s main cathedral which is sometimes referred to as the Vatican of the Armenian Apostolic Church. This church was built in 303 AD.📷.”

It’s unclear why Kanye didn’t accompany his family to Armenia as he did join Kim for North’s baptism in Jerusalem. Though Psalm wasn’t seen in the photo Kim shared, he was visible in Kim’s arms when she arrived in Armenia. North West is six-years-old, Saint is three, Chicago is 20 months old and Psalm is four months. Kourtney brought her three children: Mason who is nine-years-old, Penelope who is seven-years-old, and Reign who is four-years-old. Kourtney’s sons Mason and Reign have the same birthday.
